Starting with an initial system assessment, our program includes routine maintenance tasks such as water testing, water changes, filter cleaning, and livestock health checks. We also provide a vacation monitoring service for peace of mind while you're away. As a preferred reefer, enjoy exclusive benefits like extended livestock guarantees and discounts on purchases. Our goal is to help you maintain a thriving aquatic environment tailored to your needs.
Tsunami Reef’s Livestock Policy
• As a preferred reefer, you will have the privilege of an extended livestock guarantee up to 7 days after delivery (Standard guarantee is 24 hours).
• 10% off of all livestock purchases
• Stress-Free Delivery on your next Maintenance Day
*Disclaimer: Anything added into your tank that’s not from Tsunami Reefs nullifies this policy.

Vacation Monitoring Service
• $250 Preferred Reefer Cost - $99.99
• Camera set up day before vacation
• Maintenance day will be scheduled halfway through vacation
• Daily camera verification three times a day (morning 8 AM, noon, evening) of tank status
• Emergency Response Without Plan $199.99 hourly, With Plan $99.99 (Flat Rate)
